Terms for the use of photographic images

The sending and the possession of photographs does not imply a transfer of any right of reproduction excepting that which has been requested in advance and granted.

In the event of use of the photographic material in printed or multimedia editorial products (cd-rom, dvd, etc.), a copy of those products must be placed by the user at the disposal of the Castel Monastero marketing office. These may be posted to the following address: Castel Monastero – Loc. Monastero d’Ombrone 19, 53019 CASTELNUOVO BERARDENGA (SI) – ITALY for the attention of the P.R. Manager.

In the event that the photographic material is used on the internet, the user must notify the Castel Monastero marketing office with an e-mail, giving the direct access links to the internet pages that contain the photographic material. The e-mail must be sent to: info@castelmonastero.com.

Photographs, accompanying texts or captions may not be modified by the user prior to Castel Monastero’s written consent.
