CONDITIONS

Low Season
From 1st April to 31st May (excluding period from 5th to 9th April), from 5th July to 10th August, from 19th to 31st August, from 1st October to 9th December
High Season
From 1st June to 4th July, from 11th to 18th August, from 1st to 30th September
Rates are per room, per night and include VAT and service. Three nights minimum stay required, extensions available on request. Children under the age of 16 years are not admitted in the indoor SPA area.
Method of payment: 50% deposit of the total cost of the stay at the time of reservation. The balance is to be paid at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation terms:
Up to 15 days from the arrival date, no penalty will be incurred in the case of cancellation. From 14 to 7 days before arrival, in the case of cancellation the 50% deposit will be withheld. After that date, the entire cost of the stay will be withheld as a penalty.
