EXPERIENCE A COOKING LESSON WITH GORDON RAMSAY

The package includes

• A three-night stay in your selected room type (the stay must include the nights of 3^rd and 4^th July)
• Buffet breakfast
• Welcome in room on arrival
• On Wednesday 3rd July, in the afternoon, a one-hour (approx.) cooking lesson presented exclusively by Gordon Ramsay
• Aperitif in the piazza of Castel Monastero, followed by a gourmet dinner in our “Contrada” by Gordon Ramsay (wines selected by our sommelier included), following the cooking class
• In the morning of 4th July, visit to Castello di Brolio, (11th century) and the wine estate Barone Ricasoli – an exclusive and in-depth visit to discover one of the oldest winery in Italy and one of the most important in Chianti. The visit will include the Ricasoli Collection and the private apartments, the state-of-the art vinification area and the “barricaria”, a wine tasting in a private room. After the tour, lunch at the “Osteria del Castello” (beverages included)
• One dinner for two in our restaurant “La Cantina” (beverages excluded)
• One SPA treatment per person (50 min, face or body), chosen with the advice of our expert SPA staff
• Access to the “acqua benessere” indoor water area of the SPA: Finnish sauna, biosauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool with toning hydro-massage,  swimming pool with a high saline density for a relaxing, draining effect, Kneipp programme, emotional showers with chromo-therapy and natural essences, relaxation zone

Prices are per room, per night and include VAT and service charges. The package is for a minimum 3-night stay with the possibility of an extension. Quotations for the Villa are available upon request.

Method of payment:
50% deposit of the total cost of the stay at the time of reservation. The balance is to be paid at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation terms:
Up to 15 days from the arrival date, no penalty will be incurred in the case of cancellation. From 14 to 7 days before arrival, in the case of cancellation the 50% deposit will be withheld. After that date, the entire cost of the stay will be withheld as a penalty.
