Mobile phones
The Spa offers every Guest the opportunity to relax completely. For the comfort of all, we would be grateful if you could turn off you mobile phone during your time at the Spa.

Booking Treatments
We advise you to book your treatments in advance, to guarantee the availability of the treament preferred date and time.

Booking a Massage in your room
It is possible to book a massage in your room. The price of the treatment will be subject to a 20% surcharge on the standard price.

Cancellation
The treatment reservation may be cancelled with no charge up to 4 hours prior to the appointment time.

Age Limits
The access to the SPA services is allowed starting from the age of 16 years old.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I have special health concerns?
When booking your treatment, kindly inform the receptionist about any possible health problem, and please let them know if you are pregnant.

Can I get a treatment if I am pregnant?
The treatments that we can give to women during the pregnancy are all the face treatments, basic and luxury manicure and pedicure.

What should I wear in the SPA?
You can wear what you prefer. When you enter the changing rooms, you will be able to change into a bathrobe and slippers, allowing you to move around more comfortably.

When should I arrive for my treatment?
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the facility and to partake of a healthy beverage in the SPA Lounge.

What should I wear during treatments?
For our comfort disposable undergarments will be provided to you prior to your treatment.

What if I am late for my treatment?
Late arrival means reducing the treatment time and making it impossible for full treatment benefit. The treatment will end at the pre-arrenged time to avoid inconveniencing the next Guest.

What if I have to cancel my treatment?
If you must cancel your treatment, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance. Should you cancel the treatment during the four hours prior to the time booked you will be charged the entire cost of the treatment reserved.
