Pici cacio & pepe, Tuscan crostini, panzanella, pappardelle with wild boar ragu, Chianina tartare, Guancia al Chianti, cantuccini: in our cooking classes we offer a journey through the most tasty and authentic dishes of traditional Tuscan and Italian cooking.
Designed for small groups up to six people, our cooking classes take place inside Castel Monastero under the supervision and control of our Chef and his staff. They are conceived as real tasting routes, from careful selection of ingredients to dish preparation, with assisted lessons of one-hour and half finishing with an inviting three-course dinner.
In the price of each cooking class is included a recipes book and a free kitchen apron.
